HeadsUp Entertainment International, a Canadian igaming business, has signed a letter of intent to acquire a 50% stake in VIP Entertainment Group, an online gambling operator.

The financial terms of the agreement are not disclosed.

The agreement did not specify the financial details involved.

HeadsUp is confident that the acquisition will be completed next month, following a thorough due diligence process consisting of three steps as outlined in the Letter of Intent (LOI).

The strategic partnership between HeadsUp and VIP Entertainment Group will significantly enhance the company’s revenue streams in licensed jurisdictions across the globe.
