As part of the strategic plan, FuboTV has signed an agreement with Victory, a leading gaming company. Sam Rattner, the founder of Victory, will join FuboTV in the role of Chief Operating Officer. Likewise, Scott Butera, current president of gaming at Victory, will take on the position of President of Gaming at FuboTV.

Butera, renowned for his strategic expertise in the gaming industry, was appointed as the president of interactive gaming at MGM Resorts International. Last year, he made a significant move to Vigtory, taking on the role of co-chief executive, further enhancing his strategic leadership.

The proposed acquisition of Vigtory will provide fuboTV with the necessary technology to develop and launch a sports betting product driven by consumer demand. This strategic move aims to capitalize on the growing popularity of sports betting and establish fuboTV as a player in this market. With the acquisition, fuboTV plans to introduce the new product by the end of the current year, expanding its offerings and potentially attracting a wider customer base.

David Gandler, co-founder and chief executive of fuboTV, stated that entering the wagering market would address two key challenges faced by other media companies.
