BeyondPlay has been acquired by FanDuel Casino, the igaming division of FanDuel. The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Founded in 2021, BeyondPlay specializes in providing igaming software focused on player engagement. They hold licenses in key jurisdictions such as the UK, Malta, and Sweden, and offer two flagship products: a jackpot management system and multiplayer software.

The acquisition of BeyondPlay by FanDuel Casino will enhance their igaming proposition and expand their customer experience with best-in-class jackpots and multiplayer technology.

Investors such as Bettor Capital, Tigrim Capital, and Winforton Investments have backed BeyondPlay, with support from industry professionals like Mark Blandford and Alexandre Tomic.

In 2023, LeoVegas sold its 25% share in BeyondPlay to Bettor Capital for €1.9 million.
