The merged entity is expected to generate consolidated revenue of over £100m, with a strong profit margin and a customer base of more than 50,000 active users per month.
The new company will employ a diverse staff of 160 individuals from different nations.
Whitezip affirms its commitment to prioritize regulated markets, with a specific focus on the UK, the Nordics, and Canada.
CEO Sylwan believes that the merger between the two companies is a logical step, emphasizing the potential synergies that can be achieved by combining Whitezip’s marketing, data, design, and development expertise with Markor Technology’s technological and operational capabilities.
