Arizona residents now have the opportunity to download the Betfred Sports app and place bets on various professional and college sports competitions. Betfred entered into a market access deal with We-Ko-Pa in August last year, allowing them to launch their sports betting app. The app can be used to make pre-event and in-play bets, adding to the existing retail sports betting offering at the temporary WKP Sports & Entertainment Sports Bar. A permanent sportsbook is set to open at the We-Ko-Pa Casino later this year, providing an enhanced sports betting experience for Arizonans.
The We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort and Betfred Sports previously introduced sports betting kiosks at their gaming destination, and recently opened a temporary full-service sportsbook. The addition of a mobile app allows for an easy and user-friendly sports betting experience in Arizona. Betfred Sports is dedicated to offering unique experiences that cannot be found on any other platform. They currently offer sports betting in Iowa, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, Washington, and Colorado. Regulatory approval for sports betting is also pending in Nevada and Virginia.
