The Neccton mentor solution, initially launched with the Admiral Casino brand, allows operators to detect problematic gambling behavior in real-time and engage with players who exhibit potentially harmful behavior. Key metrics such as chasing losses, in-session deposits, failed deposits, and canceled withdrawals are identified by the solution and reported to the operator for appropriate action.
Following its success with Admiral Casino, Neccton will now expand its services to the StarVegas brand in Spain. Greentube also plans to implement the solution in other active markets.
