Sportradar Appoints Top Marketing Executive from Bloomberg to Board

Deirdre Bigley has been leading marketing at Bloomberg since 2014, overseeing the design and launch of the corporation’s global marketing department and development of marketing strategies for all business units. Prior to joining Bloomberg, she held various leadership positions at IBM, including vice president of brand and vice president of worldwide advertising and interactive.

“This is an exciting time for me to join Sportradar, as it continues to demonstrate its leading sports data capabilities and drive innovation in the sports industry,” said Bigley.

The chairman of Sportradar, Jeff Yabuki, expressed his confidence in Bigley’s expertise in brand building and working with complex data-focused businesses. He highlighted her instrumental role in driving the global presence of the Bloomberg brand, establishing a digital-first marketing department, and recognizing the value of technology and innovation in delivering products and services to customers.
