De Souza has extensive experience in the online gambling industry, having worked at BGO Entertainment as the global head of strategy and operations.

Prior to joining BGO, De Souza spent eight years at Betway group, where he oversaw the retention department.

Savvas Fellas, the managing director of Lindar Media, praised De Souza’s expertise in running a successful and scalable business.

De Souza expressed gratitude towards BGO for the memories and experience gained during his time there, but felt it was the right moment to take on a new challenge.

He believes that joining MrQ, a tech-focused disruptor platform, provides multiple opportunities as they challenge other brands in the industry.

In his new role at MrQ, De Souza will be responsible for expanding the company into new markets.

Currently, MrQ operates in Great Britain under remote bingo and casino licences issued by the Gambling Commission.
