Zaha previously held senior positions at Paddy Power Betfair and Flutter Entertainment, and will oversee the growth of Maxima’s Complitech product suite.
Zaha said: “Maxima Compliance has been on my radar for a couple of years because of the innovative and technology-led approach they take to compliance. I’m thrilled to be joining at such an exciting time for Maxima, and look forward to further building out what is already a world-class product offering.”
Zaha becomes Maxima’s latest recruit to a newly-created role, after the appointment of Filippo Ferri as the company’s chief commercial officer earlier this year.
