In her new position, Nicola Fitton will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, improving operational effectiveness, streamlining processes, and enhancing efficiency in platform delivery. Fitton joined GIG as the director of managed services in 2019 and has successfully overseen the operations, CRM, and media managed services teams. Previously, she held positions at Betsafe, NetEnt, GVC Group (now Entain), and Sportingbet. Fitton expresses her gratitude for the opportunity to work with the talented individuals at GiG and looks forward to further developing the company’s strategic plans for 2022 as the new COO.
