In his new role, Dan D’Arrigo will serve as the chairperson of the nominating and governance committee, and he will also be a member of the audit committee.

D’Arrigo recently joined Gambling.com Group after serving as the executive vice president and chief financial officer of MGM Resorts International from 2007 to 2019.

During his tenure at MGM, D’Arrigo played a key role in the creation of BetMGM, a joint venture between MGM Resorts and Entain.

“I am thrilled to join Gambling.com Group’s board of directors and collaborate with the management team as the company continues to establish itself as a top performer in online gambling through marketing,” stated D’Arrigo.

D’Arrigo officially assumed his position after the completion of the company’s initial public offering last week.

Charles Gillespie, co-founder and chief executive of Gambling.com Group, commented, “With his extensive experience as the CFO of a publicly traded S&P 500 casino and hospitality company, Dan will be an invaluable asset to the management team at Gambling.com Group. His appointment comes at a pivotal time as we embark on our journey as a publicly traded company in the US.”
