McGinley joins Funfair from Entain, where he served as director of game studios. Previously, he was a programme director and specialist igaming consultant for RNG Foundry. He also had positions as a game studio lead at Casumo and studio manager for Odobo. Before that, McGinley had experience with Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, Vertex Studios, Blue Monkey Studios, Rockstar Leeds, and UDS.
