Elys reveals updates to its management team in light of expansion plans in the United States

Mark Korb, who has been serving as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Elys since June 2018, has been appointed as the Head of Corporate Affairs. Reporting directly to Elys Executive Chairman Michele Ciavarella, Korb will be responsible for various corporate initiatives and activities related to growth and capital strategies.

Carlo Reali, who has been the Group Financial Controller for Elys since October 2020, will temporarily replace Korb in the role of CFO. Reali joined Elys in January 2017 as the Finance Manager for its subsidiary Multigioco and previously served as the Executive Finance Manager for Snai following its acquisition of SIS in 2015.

Tory Key has been named as the US Business Development Project Leader for Elys, with a focus on outreach to potential partners and overseeing sportsbook launches.

Steven Maldonado has joined Elys as the US Head of Product Compliance, where he will lead engagement efforts with the Washington DC Office of Lottery and Gaming and the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement to support the company’s growth plans in the US market.
