Pierre Cadena will be joining Catena Media on 1 November as an experienced professional in growth roles for consumer technology and media companies with over 20 years of experience. He most recently served as senior vice-president and head of revenue and strategy for TMZ at Fox Entertainment. At TMZ, Cadena was responsible for setting the corporate vision and strategic direction across digital, television, originals, and experiential business. Prior to that, he worked as VP of strategy and corporate development at Caesars Interactive. Cadena is currently a non-executive director of Raketech. Catena Media CEO, Michael Daly, expressed excitement about Cadena’s expertise in strategic planning and growth for digital media and gaming companies, stating that it will be a valuable asset for the company. Cadena will play a core leadership role in Catena Media’s continued evolution in North America and beyond.

In August, Catena Media reported a decline in revenue for the second quarter, experiencing challenges across its financials. Despite announcing long-term media partnerships, appointing a new interim CFO, and setting new financial targets for the next two years, revenue decreased by 16%.
