Carter becomes new CEO of Bragg as co-founder Arviv steps down from board

Bragg appointed Carter as the new CEO, replacing co-founder Adam Arviv. Arviv will remain as a strategic advisor.

Carter was previously the CEO of sports betting platform SBTech before its merger with DraftKings. He joined the Bragg board in October 2020.

Paul Godfrey has been appointed as the chair and Lara Falzon as the audit committee chair.

Carter is excited to lead Bragg’s growth and shape its future, focusing on providing premium content and tools to B2B partners.

Bragg plans to expand in the US and Canada, focusing on regulatory compliance and launching a B2B igaming technology platform.

Furthermore, Bragg has applied to list its shares on the Nasdaq Stock Market.
