Christopher Bohlmann has recently joined the business as the director of growth and finance. He brings over 10 years of experience in the investment industry, specifically in the Technology Investment Banking team at JP Morgan.
André Schneider has been appointed as Bayes’ new senior director of people operations. With more than 17 years of professional experience in people and culture, he has previously worked for global businesses like Ikea and Red Bull, supporting cross-functional teams at the Olympic Games in Sochi 2014 and Rio de Janeiro in 2016.
Both Bohlmann and Schneider will be joining the management team at Bayes, which already consists of Susanne Ardisson, the head of strategic communications, and Axel Fromberg, the senior director of sales. Ardisson has 15 years of experience as a senior PR consultant, working with companies like Readly and Delivery Hero. Fromberg, on the other hand, has spent 15 years overseeing sales businesses for major brands such as BMW, Audi, and Enel.
Under the leadership of chief executive Martin Dachselt and chief operating officer Amir Mirzaee, the new-look management team at Bayes aims to support and complement the company’s ambitions. With the recent expansion of Bayes Esports into the US and the upcoming launch of a new odds distribution platform, the expertise and perspectives brought by Susanne, Axel, Andre, and Christopher are invaluable.
