The group has launched its “The next big move is yours” campaign to promote its online gaming, sports betting, and online casino services. The campaign, developed by Italia agency, will broadcast six spots on television and social networks. The campaign will run throughout the year, beginning this month.

Codere aims to recreate everyday situations in their ads, such as at a bus stop, where players share the excitement of playing games. Alberto Telias, Codere Online’s chief marketing officer, states that this campaign will strengthen the Codere brand in the region and engage local customers by collaborating with major soccer teams.

Codere Online was granted a five-year license by Lotería de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires (LOTBA), the gaming regulator of the City of Buenos Aires, to operate in the region. Apart from Buenos Aires, Codere Online is also operational in Mexico, Colombia, and Panama. The company has formed strategic alliances with major football teams in the region, including sponsorship deals with Real Madrid CF for Latin America and Club Atlético River Plate in Argentina.

In Argentina, gambling can be legalized on a state-by-state basis, and the City of Buenos Aires allowed operators to launch in late 2021. Codere Online was previously a subsidiary of Codere but was spun off in 2021.
