Better Collective has completed the acquisition of Rekatochklart.com, an online community for sports bettors and tipsters. The acquisition was made as an asset purchase from Win&Fun Media. The acquired asset will be consolidated into Better Collective’s group accounts and managed through its Swedish division.
Jens Carlsson and Ulrik Sandebäck, the former owners of Rekatochklart.com, will continue to work in consultancy positions at Better Collective’s Sweden arm.
In 2020, Rekatochklart.com generated €1.2m in revenue and posted €900,000 in earnings before interest, tax, and amortisation.
