Totalizator Sportowy Achieves Record-Breaking Lottery Sales in 2020

Totalizator Sportowy donated a record-breaking amount of PLN1.10bn in subsidies to sport and cultural activities in Poland, surpassing the previous year’s figure by 0.2%.

The lottery operator reported that the Polish sport and national culture received a larger sum of money compared to the previous year (2019).

Lottery players are the reason for the increase in sales, which in turn leads to an increase in funds allocated to various purposes. Without their participation, the availability of funds for these purposes would be significantly affected.

The amount allocated to sport in the lottery was PLN827.5m, while PLN220.7m was designated for cultural activities.
