1 Min Read

The Belgian government released a royal decree in July, stating the minimum requirement for net deposits for online gambling.

The proposed lower limit was suggested by Vincent Van Quickenborne, the minister of justice, in the context of legal-compliance.

The net deposit limit for legal compliance has been updated to €500 per week based on the April 2020 decree.

The new limit on operators’ compliance will be applied on a per-site basis.

Global limit across all operators was unsuccessful.
