They were legally compliant with the regulations of the Malta Gaming Authority.

The gambling licence of Evobet was revoked by the MGA due to their violation of regulation 10 of the Gaming Compliance and Enforcement Regulations.

The legal ruling is regarding regulation 9 (1), which pertains to instances where an operator fails to meet one or more of their applicable obligations.

Evobet failed to comply with legal requirements and neglected to pay necessary regulatory fees to the MGA (Malta Gaming Authority).
