React Gaming begins trading on US OTCQB Venture Market in the Finance Sector

1 Min Read

React Gaming began trading on the OTCQB under the symbol “ITMZF” on July 20. This move allows for easier trading for US investors and expands the company’s reach in the finance industry. React Gaming will also still be traded on the TSX Venture Exchange in Canada under the “RGG” ticker symbol.

The decision to list on the OTCQB represents an important step in React Gaming’s growth strategy, as many of their esports and igaming opportunities are tied to the US market, which is one of the largest markets in the world.

This listing follows a series of changes for the company, including its rebranding from Intema Solutions in April and the acquisition of Livestream Gaming owner Loot.Bet in February. In addition, React Gaming recently appointed Leigh Hughes as interim chief executive, taking over for Laurent Benezra, who now serves in a consultancy capacity.

Leigh Hughes brings over 20 years of experience in working with private and public companies globally, particularly in North America, Australia, and the Asia-Pacific region.
