The first phase of the four-phase initiative will involve ESIC implementing a publicly accessible Matters Register, which will provide information on all disclosable ESIC investigations. This register will be regularly updated.

In addition, the Public Sanctions Registry will compile and make accessible all sanctions imposed by ESIC. It will include details such as the name of the sanctioned party, duration of the sanction, type of sanction, start and end dates, and status.

The Public Appeals Registry will provide information on ongoing appeals received by the Independent Appeals Panel, including the name of the appellant, appeal date, and current status.

Furthermore, the Public Appeals Library will maintain a record of each appeal and its subsequent decision. This will enhance accessibility to cases such as Anton Gerogiev’s ban appeal in Counter Strike: Global Offensive.

All aspects of the Transparency Initiative are anticipated to be operational by November 2021. ESIC has recently partnered with Ultimate Tournament and Esports Technologies as new anti-corruption supporters.
