Under the terms of the deal, Raw will have access to all casual games, customers, and platforms created by Spigo, allowing them to expand beyond slots and enter the casino games market.

Spigo has developed a suite of casual games including Yatzy, Backgammon, Solitaire, and Match 3, as well as slot games and B2B solutions for operators.

Raw CEO Tom Wood stated that this acquisition is part of their company’s evolution to provide premium products to every channel of the gaming industry. They aim to bring innovation and unique creativity to the casual games space, just as they have done in the slots market.

Lady Luck Games acquired Spigo in September 2021, gaining access to 27 games, eight customer integrations, Spigo’s platform Spigo Station, and Spigo SDK. This strategic acquisition will generate important revenues, open up new revenue opportunities, and improve profitability, according to Lady Luck Games co-founder and CEO Mads Jørgensen.

This acquisition adds casino games with a strong track record and several years of continuous growth to Lady Luck Games’ product portfolio, along with an important technical aggregation platform.
