Maric brings over 17 years of experience in the technology industry, having led engineering teams at respected firms such as Astria and Asseco. His extensive background in technology will be crucial in his new role at Fincore.
At Fincore, Maric will be responsible for ensuring alignment between the goals of technology and the broader business objectives. He will work closely with CEO Mateja Popovic to achieve this alignment and drive innovation within the company.
Key responsibilities for Maric include working with Fincore’s software development teams to bring in additional talent, meet key performance indicators (KPIs), and advance strategic initiatives. This appointment follows the recent hiring of Dominic Le Garsmeur as the new Chief Product Officer (CPO) in June.
