With this acquisition, Century’s North American casino portfolio now includes 10 casinos, boasting a total of 6,700 gaming machines and 140 table games.
In addition to the property acquisition, Century plans to purchase the membership interests of the operating company, OpCo, within one year for $100.0m. This transaction is subject to approval by the Nevada Gaming Commission. Furthermore, Century will have the option to acquire the remaining 50% of PropCo’s membership interests for $105.0m plus 2% per annum.
