Women's Health Action engaged innovate change to lead a visioning and strategy process to guide the future development and direction of the organisation.

Action and Impact

innovate change developed a strategic plan for Women's Health Action following the first four stages of our innovative action model . We started by gathering information to generate insights about Women's Health Action in its current context. These insights were provided to a group of co-designers, who worked together in creative and deliberative ways to develop and refine the vision, mission, goals and values of Women's Health Action. Ideas for activities that would help Women's Health Action to achieve its goals were generated in innovation injection sessions then assessed by the innovate change crew and the co-design group.

innovate change then consolidated the inputs from the first three phases of this process to produce a strategic plan for Women's Health Action. The clear and concise plan included: a reviewed organisational vision, mission, values and outcomes; a simple action plan; and advice on evaluation and planning.
