Service Innovation Process

Lifewise is a not-for-profit community and social development agency that provides a range of health, disability, youth, family and community development services. We love their commitment to social justice and their courage to ask the hard questions about themselves.

We are working with Lifewise on one of their biggest services areas. Our challenge is to find ways for these services to meet users needs while also being financially sustainable and aligned to the the values of Lifewise.

We're just starting. We're currently talking to lots of people who use these services and Lifewise staff. We can't say much yet, but it's exciting work and it's a privilege to work alongside such an awesome organisation.
