Under the agreement, Parthenon is set to complete the transition of Global Payments Gaming Solutions into a new, independent company called Pavilion Payments by the end of March. Pavilion Payments will continue to offer the gaming industry a comprehensive range of payment solutions, including VIP Preferred and the cashless solution VIP Mobility. The existing management team will remain in place, with Christopher Justice, the current president of the gaming division, taking on the additional role of chief executive of Pavilion Payments. The transaction is still pending certain regulatory approvals.
This strategic move positions our business to meet the changing requirements of the gaming industry and take advantage of growth trends, particularly in markets like igaming. Our focus is on creating exceptional player experiences for both in-person and online gaming. Expect increased investment in innovation and product development to provide clients with advanced tools that support patron engagement, boost revenue, and reduce obstacles.
We are thrilled about our partnership with the Pavilion Payments team. The company’s impressive portfolio of innovative products, including the industry’s only true omnichannel payments offering and most successful cashless implementations, ensures continued success for our customers.
