Parimatch Tech has recently completed two undisclosed acquisitions, which will enable the company to expand its entertainment and marketing product portfolio and provide new global growth opportunities for Mr.Fish and PokerMatch.
Mr.Fish, previously owned by JKR investment group, offers a range of digital services including affiliate marketing, SEO, media buying, retention, reactivation, PR strategy, creative, design, and influence marketing. The company operates several business units, such as igaming-focused marketing agency Digital Chain, CPM advertising network Vadideo, CPA network Papa Karlo, global marketing agency Global, and freelance copywriting website Copylancer.
PokerMatch, an online poker room product, is partnered with the All-Ukrainian Match Poker Federation and serves as the title sponsor of the Ukrainian national poker team.
These acquisitions will be integrated into Parimatch Tech’s marketing and business strategy, with the aim of expanding the entertainment possibilities for users interacting with the Parimatch brand.
Parimatch Tech recently rebranded from Parimatch to focus on offering its marketing and technology as B2B solutions for franchise partners. This shift will also generate greater brand awareness among potential partners.
The double acquisition follows the appointment of Dmitry Sergeev as the leader of Parimatch Tech’s expansion across Central Eastern Europe.
