Global gaming giant Aristocrat has announced the business unit structure and key leadership roles within its newly launched Aristocrat Interactive division. This new business unit now includes iLottery, Content & Aggregation, Gaming Systems, iGaming & Sports, and iGaming White-Label.
All previous operations under Anaxi and Neo Group (NeoGames, Aspire Global, BtoBet, and Pariplay) have been consolidated into a single, integrated entity under the Aristocrat Interactive brand. The stated mission is “To create the new frontier of connected experiences.”
Aristocrat Interactive is now fully operational with five distinct business units, each leveraging complementary capabilities:
- iLottery: Managed by Chris Shaban, this unit already serves 28 global lottery customers.
- Content & Aggregation: Led by Adrian Bailey, this unit combines the Fusion aggregation platform and Ignite Studio, offering a portfolio of over 440 titles from Aristocrat, Wizard Games, and Roxor Gaming.
- Gaming Systems: Headed by Neil Crossan, this unit provides land-based operators with market-leading technologies and solutions.
- iGaming & Sports: Directed by Dima Reiderman, this unit serves as a content and technology provider for iGaming and sports betting operators, offering modular and fully customizable solutions.
- iGaming White-Label: Managed by Jonathan Chilton, this unit offers comprehensive front and back-end services to independent online casino and sportsbook operators, including customer support, retention teams, digital wallets, and 360 platform support.
