In addition, Low6 successfully raised £3.3m in convertible notes through a pre-IPO round, with participation from prominent Australian institutional investors. The company is now considering extending the pre-IPO round to allow further investment from a leading player in the gaming industry, to support its working capital needs. Low6 has experienced significant growth, partnering with globally renowned sporting brands and influencers, and has recently launched new apps in collaboration with the Ultimate Fighting Championship and the Professional Darts Corporation. The company plans to go public in Q2 2021.
