As part of their expansion plans in the US, Fanatics acquired the US assets of gaming operator PointsBet. This $225.0m deal includes the purchase of Banarch Technology assets, which will be integrated into Fanatics’ sports betting engine. PointsBet will also receive a royalty-free license to use and develop the technology.
