Stats Perform has entered into a two-year agreement with FMF to monitor activity in Moldova’s Națională top-tier club football competition. Utilizing their Performance Integrity Analysis (PIA) solution, Stats Perform aims to detect and identify potential cases of match-fixing and other match manipulation.
Eugen Zubic, the head of FMF’s integrity department, stated that the services of Stats Perform are crucial in protecting the sport of football from threats. FMF recognizes Stats Perform as one of the largest international and expert companies in betting and performance analysis. The reports provided by Stats Perform are deemed extremely necessary in the match-fixing disciplinary investigation phase.
Stats Perform’s global head of integrity, Jake Marsh, expressed delight in FMF’s choice to rely on their unique integration of betting markets monitoring, intelligence, and Opta-powered performance analysis to support their integrity program. The agreement signifies the importance FMF places on ensuring the integrity of their competitions, and Stats Perform looks forward to a successful partnership.
Stats Perform has established similar partnerships with various other sports organizations and properties, such as the Women’s Tennis Association and the European Handball Federation.
