Super Group’s board of directors will now include Holloway and Jossel, bringing the total number of directors to nine. Holloway joins the board after the merger with SEAC, where she held the position of chair of the audit committee. She has significant experience in the National Football League and held the role of vice-president of business operations and strategy. Jossel, currently the CEO of Plaza Hotel & Casino, has been in the gaming industry for almost a decade and played a crucial role in the Plaza’s expansion during the revitalisation of Las Vegas’ downtown district.
We are pleased to have Jonathan and Natara join our board,” said Super Group CEO Neal Menashe. “Their extensive industry experience will provide valuable insights as we continue to pursue our global growth strategy.”
Super Group completed its merger with SEAC in January, with a pre-money equity valuation of $4.75 billion (£3.89 billion/€4.52 billion), following a definitive agreement in April.
