In the newly created role, Greg McCaw will develop and execute Flutter’s inclusion and diversity strategy. He will collaborate with the board, business leaders, and human resource colleagues to create training and development opportunities for all employees. Additionally, he will lead the Inclusion and Diversity Committee, overseeing progress towards its objectives.
“I am thrilled to take on this new role,” said McCaw. “There is a strong commitment across the organization, particularly from senior leaders, to establish a comprehensive strategy for inclusion and diversity. I believe we can make a significant impact.”
Prior to this position, McCaw served as the head of inclusion and people engagement at Flutter’s subsidiary, Sky Betting & Gaming. He was instrumental in developing an inclusion strategy that received praise in the All-in Diversity Project’s All-Index 2019 report.
Before joining Sky Betting & Gaming, McCaw worked at New Look, a fashion retailer. As a senior HR business partner for the UK and Ireland, he collaborated with external organizations including Stonewall and ENEI to enhance diversity and inclusion efforts.
“We are delighted to have Greg join our team,” said Caroline Ross, chief people officer at Flutter. “With his extensive experience, the wider group will benefit as we continue to shape our inclusion and diversity strategy.
“Our goal is to create a work environment where all colleagues feel a shared sense of ownership,” Ross added. “We aspire to be a truly inclusive place, where individual differences are celebrated and valued. Together, we can achieve great things.”
