In this role, Bastien is responsible for overseeing the group’s commercial strategy and managing the sales force.
Bastien holds a degree from the Higher School of Foreign Trade (ESCE) and the Institute of Business Administration (IAE Paris).
She has a strong background in marketing, starting her career in the marketing department of the Coca-Cola group in 1994.
She then worked as a brand manager for Nestea and Minute Maid launches until 2001.
In 2001, she joined the sales department as a key account manager.
Throughout her career, she has held positions such as operational marketing director, strategic projects director, GMS retail director, and national sales director.
As national sales director, she led international negotiations with the Carrefour group for more than thirty countries.
She recently joined FDJ and her appointment comes after the company reported a 5.1% year-on-year rise in revenue for the third quarter of its 2021 financial year.
The company experienced growth across all areas of its business.
