David Farahi has been appointed as a non-executive director for AGS, one of the leading gaming providers. In this role, he will contribute to the provider’s nominating and governance, compensation, and audit committees.
Farahi brings a wealth of experience to his new position. He currently serves as the executive chairman of Quick Custom Intelligence and was previously a member of the advisory board. Prior to this, he held the position of chief operating officer for Monarch Casino and Resort in Denver, Colorado from 2012 to 2021.
Farahi began his career in the gambling industry with Monarch in 1998 and held various other roles within the company, including director of investor relations and financial planning and analyst. He also served as president of the Colorado Gaming Association for four terms, where he played a key role in shaping the industry’s legislative agenda from 2015 to 2021.
Additionally, Farahi has a strong background in the finance industry, having held positions with HSBC Bank in London, Geneva, and New York between 2004 and 2007.
Upon joining AGS, Farahi expressed his enthusiasm for the company’s approach to partnering with operators and developing innovative products that enhance the player experience. He is honored to join the board during this exciting time for the business.
