This deal comes after Parimatch Tech recently rebranded from Parimatch, focusing more on its B2B marketing and technology solutions. The rebrand emphasizes their technological transformation from a traditional retail bookmaker in Ukraine to their growing online presence. Parimatch also obtained the first sports betting license in Ukraine’s re-legalized gambling market earlier this year.
