According to the recently conducted research by Explori, the event held from 28 September to 1 October at the RAI in Amsterdam has delivered exceptional results, ranking among the top 2% of all events ever measured by Explori. The event received positive feedback from exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees.
The Net Promoter Score, which measures the likelihood of participants recommending the event to their business colleagues based on their experience, was significantly high. For visitors, the Net Promoter Score increased from +36 in 2019 to +55 in the latest event. Similarly, exhibitors and sponsors reported a Net Promoter Score of +60 compared to +23 in 2019.
Explori’s metrics and Key Performance Indicator ratings place this year’s co-located event in the top 10% for visitors and the top 3% for exhibitors among all benchmarked events. The event successfully overcame the challenges of being the first major gaming exhibition to return after the lockdown, thanks to the support of customers, the RAI team, and the dedicated Clarion team.
Naomi Barton, the Clarion Gaming portfolio director, expressed delight in surpassing the success of the 2019 editions across all researched metrics.
