The agreements will see AGTech GOT supply its technology and services to lottery operators in several regions in China. This includes the provinces of Gansu, Zhejiang, Henan, Hebei, Jiangsu, as well as the municipalities of Shanghai and Tianjin.
AGTech GOT has secured a series of similar tenders in other parts of China. In the most recent instances, it won contracts to provide services in Henan, Hebei, Zhejiang, Jilin, Hunan, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and Guangdong.
“AGTech GOT has won many tenders in various provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions across China, reaffirming our hardware division’s leading position in the country’s sports lottery terminal market. It demonstrates our continued dedication and competitiveness in providing lottery terminals,” said AGTech.
AGTech also mentioned its commitment to product innovation, safety, research and development compliance, and contributing to the overall healthy development of China’s lottery market.
These tender wins come as a result of increased revenue for AGTech in the previous quarter. Their revenue for the three months ending on September 30, 2021, grew 7.7%. It helped in reducing the company’s net loss and showed an improvement in Chinese lottery sales. The revenue for the third quarter amounted to HK$67.0m, almost as much as the revenue generated in the first six months of the year.
