Plans have been announced to appoint Neumann as the new CEO of AGT, following Lawrence Levy’s decision to step down from the position. Neumann previously served as the CEO of Novomatic for nearly six years before leaving in February 2020. His appointment includes a remuneration package worth $600,000 (£442,720/€516,610) and will be subject to annual review by the AGT board.
AGT has also named Bollesen as its new chief product officer, starting from 7 October. Bollesen brings with him over 25 years of experience in the digital entertainment industry and will be responsible for leading AGT’s game development teams worldwide. Prior to joining AGT, Bollesen held the position of vice president of game studios for the Asia-Pacific region at IGT. He has also worked at THQ, Electronic Arts, and SGI in various roles.
“I firmly believe in the importance of driving innovation and embracing new technologies while staying true to core concepts,” stated Bollesen. “The Ainsworth brand has great potential, and with the right strategies, we can build upon its strong foundation and create new products that gamers are seeking.”
