There is no way to see my betting history. On the screen that appears after pressing 'Betting History', nothing appears. I have informed WH of the problem by chat but it is still impossible to see them. I also requested the information by the chat service and by mail (6 days ago) but I have not received the information and they have not been able to give me a maximum time to receive it. Additionally I have been informed that (even when it works normally) it is also not possible to see the entire complete betting history, but a recent history. I have been informed that in general bookmakers make it difficult or impossible for the bettor the process of viewing his closed betting history and his winnings and losses. Unfortunately we can't help with William Hill, let alone if it's a case where they claim you do surebets. Remember that bookmakers can cross data to check this type of practices, which are prohibited.

William Hill has my account blocked for an "alleged non-payment" on my card. Unfortunately we are unable to fix William Hill account locks.

I send the text with an account that my brother has here. The problem is that they have closed my william hill account saying that I have two accounts when that is a lie and they won't let me claim or anything. My brother had an account before me and we live in the same apartment and you already know that I feel very powerless that these people get away with it without having reasons.
