William Hill won't pay me the bet and I close my account

Hello I hope you can help me, a few years ago I made a bet in several bookmakers among them William hill.La i won and some time later they told me q the match was under investigation, after a few months the other houses paid me the bet but William hill not only did not pay it to me but tb closed the account for me.I have contacted them several times in the last 3 years and the only thing they tell me is that they are going to send the matter to the corresponding department but in the end I never receive a response.
