Hello, last Friday, August 5, 2023 I made 3 bets that turned out to be winning in my favor at the William Hill house. Three days later these bets are still not settled, telling me both by chat and by email that the match is under investigation by the organizing body. My account was blocked when I requested a withdrawal of $20.. They asked me for a proof of address that they accepted it and extracts of 3 dintintas cards..
