Good morning I opened a Betstars account and sent the requested documentation to make a good income to start with the game and they approved two incomes of 600 and 400 on the 10th and 12th of February and as soon as I went to start the game, they had frozen my account and I can neither access the money to withdraw it nor use it for the game. I have sent several emails requesting information and unlocking to both the support, customer service and security account and I have not received a response. Could you please help me unblock the situation?. These types of performances give this type of game a very bad reputation and the only thing they do is that you don't want to practice it again.
