Hello again, I think that I am not very clear and since I have not received a response in 2 days I will explain it again. Hello, on March 9, 2021 I registered at Poker Stars for the first time, sent my ID and deposited $100. Finally after depositing and making my first bet worth $ 100, I go to sleep and when I log in the next day I can't log in, it gives me an error with red letters telling me that my account is frozen and I must contact Poder Stars by email. I do that by sending up to 4 or 5 e-mails, until their response to my concern is that after the routine review of Poker Stars, they decide that I have created or accessed accounts to unfairly take advantage of their promotional offers and their system, and they end their response by telling me that as a result I am permanently excluded from any future gaming activity with Poker Stars, they also confiscate all the funds in my Poker Stars account which is $ 410, because the bet I made was a Winner. I Carlos Gallego did not expect these accusations so serious based on that, to a bet made on the same day of the creation of my account in a bookmaker where each data placed is part of the holder (I). I wanted to take advantage of the welcome bonus and I repeat as any player in New Zealand would. During the deposit process it is true that it gave me some error, (it did not load me or it took me a while to load the page to which it took me to make the payment which was 100 NZD. ban for using equilab Good morning, I write this text, like many here from what I have been able to verify, a few weeks ago I entered 50 NZD in pokerstars, after playing three days in MICROLIMITES, pokerstars sent me a couple of alterta messages for an unauthorized program such as equilab, a program that on the other hand I do not really use since I repeat I am playing MICROLIMITES, where the use of these programs does not even make sense. The fact is that I answered them some mail explaining that in winamax, where I carried out my activity previously I had never been alerted about this program. Well, almost two weeks later I have not received any explanation about what kind of ban they have made me, how long it will last or what kind of sanction will be applied to me, everything has simply been blocked, I can not withdraw my money, nor can I play, nor do they let me send emails to the help contact since from my account they blocked the send message to support button, even so I have been sending messages from external links to which I have been answered with an automatic email informing me that this contact is not currently in operation. What can I do?
