Very good morning. On February 6th, 3 bets were canceled at betsson (the 3 bets were the same statement but betting different amounts) and their explanation was that the bet contained a technical error and that within their terms they have the possibility to do so. That bet hours later turned out to be a winner. It seemed abusive to me and I informed myself a little on the internet and I saw that a bet cannot be canceled unilaterally (just like I can't do it) for "technical" reasons that only concern the bookmaker and not the match being bet on. In addition I have seen that you have managed to solve similar problems on this page so I have decided to contact you. I add a photo with your reply and with the bets that were canceled and your ID. If you need anything tell me. Thank you. I have added the financial amount that the bookmaker owes me (the profits if the bet had not been canceled.) Thank.
