Hi, I made two live bets on a match at betsson. These bets were correct, but after a few hours, they indicated them to me as null, and later I received an email indicating the reason and it was because the odds of the same were not correct. At no time did they deposit the money to me as won bets, but they directly withheld them, and once the hours had passed, they wrote them down to me as returned. Can I claim the winnings from these bets? Thank you

Bets are correctly voided.

They currently have a money withheld from me. What legality does that have. It had never happened to me and now if they let me enter but when withdrawing or winning a bet even if it is 100 NZD it does not let me withdraw it. They tell me that they are reviewing it by the different departments but they do not give me any explanation.

- They contacted me by tlf the same day to ask me for a series of documents, which I send and approve everything. - they contact me again by tlf to make a call verification, which is going well - the days go by and there are no updates despite the fact that they put up to 3d working days on their website - I cross several emails and they always answer very poorly and evasively, that they are reviewing it and that it has compression -- we are reaching almost 20d and today I find the account BLOCKED and contact, and the same, that they review it I get in touch with you, since there are more cases and it seems that they are plotting something very dark and I am already with the family thinking of reporting, since it seems a scam. Let's see if they can do something because everything is correct and they are delaying it on purpose and at home we have expenses that they cannot wait, assuming a lot of stress and anxiety

More than a month ago I have opened an account making a small income in this house. In 3 days, and after an incredible streak of luck, my balance increased considerably (very considerably). When I was going to make a withdrawal, it turns out that my account was blocked. Thinking that it was an error I requested the re-opening via email. They asked me for a selfie holding my ID, an invoice in my name and a photo of the card with which the deposit was made. I provided them immediately and they took almost a week to tell me that my account will continue to be blocked by: 9.3 Premiere may close the user's account and pay the funds deposited in it, in case the user: (i) has more than one user registration; (ii) is under 18 years of age or is disabled or is registered in the RGIAJ or in the RPV; (iii) does not match the name of the holder of the credit card that has been used to deposit in the account; (iv) has allowed (in a way deliberate or not) that a third party plays on your account; (v) has played as part of a group strategy; (vi) has rejected charges related to purchases made on your account; (vii) published defamatory or insulting material on the Web; (viii) breached the General Conditions. In addition, Premiere may close the user's account, and to pay the funds deposited in it, if it considers that the User is cheating or has knowledge that he has carried out any of the previous actions on another online gambling Website. I have not violated any of the previous points, much less all of them... Now they don't even answer my emails anymore. Conclusion: Impossible to earn anything in this house, they will take care that it is never charged.
