I had not had any incident with betfair until one day without any notice, for no apparent reason, they blocked my account, I asked for the reasons and the support answered me in an unclear way they said that they needed documentation to verify my account, the documentation I sent it to them that same afternoon, I'm talking about May 31 and we are on July 31, I have my money held there, not to say that I have been almost every day asking about the status of my account and they always answer the same: "the department does not send us information", I have been waiting a long time and I have no news of they unless I talk to the support and they tell me the same thing, the worst thing is that they have not given me reasons for the blocking nor do they want to return the account either.

I contacted them and their answer was that I could not contact the risk department directly to claim my money (legally earned with my bets) and they told me directly that it was not possible and without giving me more explanations.
